Black Satellites Head coach, Desmond Ofei, was in Kumasi on Monday to witness the Ashanti Regional Division One qualifying game clash between Benab FC and Fast Track FC played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Desmond was at the game as part of the continuing search for players who possess the qualities and specific requirements necessary to be considered for inclusion in the U20 men’s national team, the Black Satellites
The former Antwerp U18 coach was in the company of one of the Ghana U20 Scout, who was also on a similar mission, as they looks to strengthen his team for future assignments.
Desmond had previously attended matches including Kotoko versus Legon Cities in Kumasi with Black Stars assistant coach John Painstil.
This in addition,demonstrated the commitment of the Technical team of the Black Satellites’s desire to cover the various regions and teams across the length and breadth of Ghana in search of talent.
Desmond’s tireless efforts improve the team shows his commitment to assembling a formidable squad capable of fulfilling the hopes and dreams of Ghanaians and making the Black Satellite a dominant force in African and World Football once again.
