Godwin Attram named newly formed Ghana U21 national team coach

The Ghana Football Association has taken a significant step towards enhancing youth football development by appointing Godwin Attram as the Head Coach of the newly formed U21 national team.

This move is in line with Ghana’s Football Philosophy (DNA), introduced in 2023, which aims to nurture young talent and foster a culture of excellence from grassroots to national levels.

Assisted by Nana Yaw Amankwah and supported by Abdul Manaf Abubakar as the team’s Physiotherapist, Attram brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role.

With an impressive playing career that included stints at respected clubs like PSV Eindhoven, Silkeborg IF, and Accra Great Olympics, Attram’s journey in football has been both fulfilling and inspirational.

His extensive knowledge of the game and dedication to developing young players position him well to lead Ghana’s U21 team effectively.

As the founder and coach of Attram De Visser FC, Attram has demonstrated his coaching abilities by nurturing talent and instilling a winning mentality in his players. His focus on player development and tactical innovation has earned him respect domestically and internationally.
