Debutants Builsa Reach Semi-Finals with Convincing Win over Kotokoli

Builsa continued their impressive debut campaign in the Inter Tribe Football tournament, defeating Kotokoli 2-0 to advance to the semi-finals on Wednesday at the Aboabo Middle B Park.

After a slow start, Builsa took the lead in the 15th minute through Dauda Mohammed, who capitalized on a loose mark in the penalty box.

The former King Faisal and Ashantigold attacker slotted home with ease, catching Kotokoli off guard.

Despite creating numerous opportunities, Kotokoli struggled to break down Builsa’s resolute defense. The debutants held firm, denying Kotokoli an equalizer.

After the break, Majeed doubled Builsa’s lead with a stunning volley, leaving the Kotokoli goalkeeper with no chance.

Kotokoli dominated the latter stages, seeking an equalizer. Saad and Muntala had shots on target, while Lamar, Builsa’s goalkeeper, made a crucial save in the 72nd minute, tipping Hazard’s shot over the bar.

In a frenzied finish, Builsa held on to secure their semi-final spot, continuing their fairytale start to their first Inter Tribe campaign.
