We can’t jubilate too much after this win – Hearts Coach Abubakar Ouattara

Hearts of Oak head coach Aboubakar Ouattara says their first away win of the season didn’t come easily and are looking forward to working extra harder going forward and therefore trhey cant jubilate more after the win.

The ‘Phobians’ exhibited great character and performed well to defeat the Young Apostles by 1-2 at the Nana Abrefa Nketiah VII Park in Wenchi over the weekend in Ghana Premier League match-week 6.

Hearts of Oak’s Emmanuel Amankwah opened the scoring on the 50th minute but his lead was subsequently cancelled out thanks to a spectacular bicycle kick goal from Samuel Prempeh before Hamza Issah scored few moments later to restore the lead after a magical display from Sani Mohammed to set up Hamza.

Hearts Of Oak are now eighth position on the log with eight points; having won two, lost twice with draws.

“Today’s match is a very tough match. I know it can be difficult for us. Young Apostles have a very good side. We tried to maintain them and we got the 3 points. I think it’s our second win. We can’t jubilate too much. We will continue to work hard and see what will happen for us this season. It’s not easy but we are going to do our best,” Coach Aboubakar Ouattara said after the game.

Hearts of Oak will travel to Dreams FC in the next round of matches.
