The 26 year old defender’s contributions have been instrumental in pushing Nations FC to second place on the Ghana Premier League table this season after nine games.
Simpson’s journey reflects his commitment and resilience; he missed only three games last season, making 31 appearances and establishing himself as a key player in the local league.
The giant defender’s selection by head coach Otto Addo comes at a time when Black Stars are focused on securing a place at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
