“We Must Take Responsibility” – Cioaba Aristica Reacts to Aduana FC FA Cup Exit

Head coach of Aduana FC, Cioaba Aristica, has called for collective responsibility following his side’s elimination from the MTN FA Cup at the semi-final stage.

Aduana’s hopes of reaching the final were dashed after a narrow defeat to Nations FC, with Emmanuel Annor scoring the decisive goal in the seventh minute.

Reacting after the match, Aristica admitted that a defensive lapse proved costly but stressed that the loss could not be pinned on one department.

“First, let me congratulate Nations FC on the win. It came from one mistake by our defensive line. Our midfield and attacking line did not have the inspiration today, and we didn’t have the chance to score,” he said.

The Romanian tactician noted that his side struggled to create chances and lacked the cutting edge needed to respond after falling behind early in the game.

He further emphasised that the result reflects the team’s overall performance level, insisting that every player must take responsibility for the outcome.

With their FA Cup journey now over, Aduana FC will turn their focus to the Ghana Premier League, where they will aim to finish strongly and secure a place in the top four.
