Bernard Tekpetey reacts after scoring in Ludogorest’s win

Ghanaian international Bernard Tekpetey expressed his elation after guiding Ludogorets to a resounding victory over Hebar in the Bulgarian First Professional League.

Tekpetey showcased his talent on Saturday, playing a pivotal role as Ludogorets secured a comfortable 3-0 win against Hebar.

The former Schalke 04 forward demonstrated his prowess by scoring two goals in the first half before being substituted in the 62nd minute.

“Every small win leads to a greater triumph” he wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Ludogorets took the lead just seven minutes into the game at the Georgi Benkovski Stadium, with Tekpetey finding the net courtesy of an assist from fellow Ghanaian attacker Kwadwo Duah.

He then doubled Ludogorets’ advantage in the 19th minute, capitalizing on a defensive error by Hebar’s Joao Cesko.

Rwan Seco sealed the victory for Ludogorets with a third goal in the 78th minute, assisted by Aslak Fonn Witry.

Tekpetey’s outstanding performance highlighted his excellent form this season, with a total of ten goals and four assists in 28 league appearances.
