The Black satellites of Ghana have made it to the semi finals stage of the ongoing WAFU B U20 Cup of Nations qualifiers hosted by Togo.
The 2021 African Champions in Mauritania took an early lead after two minutes in the first half against the Togolese through Striker Jerry Afriyie, but had to settle for a 1-1 draw following a strong comeback from the host in the second half.
The Black Satellites drew 2-2 in their first match before the famous 2-0 win against Niger and finally drew their third on Wednesday against host nation Togo.
They top group A with Niger coming second following their win over Benin.
The satellites next opponents in the semi finals will be made known after the game involving Nigeria and Ivory Coast later in the day.
