Black Starlets arrive in Russia, hold first training ahead of UEFA International Tournament

Ghana’s u17 side – the Black Starlets safely arrived in Russia on Sunday evening and have successfully held their first training session on Tuesday.

Arriving on Sunday amid a wave of anticipation, the team wasted no time diving into their preparations for the upcoming matches.

Under the seasoned guidance of head coach Laryeah Kingston, the Black Starlets wasted no time in hitting the training ground.

Today marked their first session, a spirited display of determination and skill as they fine-tuned their tactics and sharpened their techniques.

With their sights set on glory, the squad of 20 players, comprising 18 outfield stars and 2 formidable goalkeepers, exude confidence as they prepare to represent their nation on the international stage.

Supported by a dedicated team of 9 technical and medical staff, every aspect of their performance is meticulously crafted for success.

The tournament, spanning from the 24th to the 30th of April, promises to be a thrilling showcase of talent and competition. For the Black Starlets, it’s an opportunity to shine brightly and make their mark on the global football scene.
