Black Starlets held a recovery training session at the Accra Sports Stadium ahead of their clash against Benin

The Black Starlets, Ghana’s national under-17 football team, held a recovery training session at the Accra Sports Stadium on Thursday, following their impressive 5-1 victory over Ivory Coast in the opening match of the WAFU Zone B Under-17 Championship.

Coach Laryea Kingston and his the team engaged in a series of exercises designed to promote both physical and mental recovery. The session was crucial in ensuring that the players are in top form for their upcoming matches in the tournament.

Fortunately, the session concluded without any reports of injuries, much to the relief of the coaching staff and the players. This is a positive sign for the team as they gear up for a busy schedule of matches.

The Black Starlets will continue their preparations with a training session at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium on Friday. Their next match is against Benin, scheduled for Tuesday.
