In a significant move aimed at strengthening women’s football in Ghana, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has appointed Charles Anokye Frimpong as the head coach of the newly established U18 female national team.
Frimpong, a former Assistant Coach of the Black Queens, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role, holding a prestigious CAF License A Coaching Certificate.
Assisting Frimpong in guiding the U18 female national team will be Gifty Ayew Asare, currently serving as Assistant Coach for Epiphany Ladies FC and holder of a CAF License C coaching certificate.
