Former Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Ibrahim Sannie Daara has admonished Ghanaian clubs to copy the model being used by Right to Dream Academy.
In an interview with Joy FM on Monday, July 8, Mr. Daara said if Ghanaian clubs imprint the model of Right to Dream Academy, they are sure to enjoy similar success.
“I’ve been telling a lot of club owners. I’ve met a lot of academy owners over the past few years in Ghana I’ve told them that it’s no magic. Just copy the model of Right to Dream, and imprint it. I’ve told a lot of my friends at some of the clubs here in Ghana that look, there are a lot of talents and I’ve told Alhaji Akambi that I won’t understand a situation where you will be in Accra and Right to Dream will come all the way from Akosombo and will recruit all the best players from Nima.
“Tom has formed the blueprint for everyone to follow. It’s no magic. If you put the blueprint to work you will have similar results,” Ibrahim Sannie Daara said.
Right to Dream Academy in the last few years has produced several talented youngsters who are now making a name for themselves in the world.
Among the notable names are Kamaludeen Sulemana, Ernest Nuamah, Kudus Mohammed Simon Adingra are a few among many.
