Fatau Dauda has continued his transition into coaching after taking part in advanced UEFA coaching programmes in Wales.
The former Black Stars goalkeeper recently enrolled in the FAW/UEFA Goalkeepers B Residential Course as well as the UEFA C Licence Conversion programme as part of efforts to further develop his coaching credentials.
Dauda, who represented Ghana at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, has steadily focused on coaching and football development since bringing his playing career to an end.
The ex-shot stopper shared updates from the programmes on social media, including images showing official communication from the Football Association of Wales confirming his participation in the courses.
His latest educational journey highlights a growing commitment to building a long-term career in coaching, with a particular focus on goalkeeper development alongside broader UEFA coaching qualifications.
Dauda remains part of the Black Stars technical setup and continues to gain valuable experience as he works towards establishing himself within professional coaching.
During his playing days, the former goalkeeper became one of Ghana’s most recognisable shot-stoppers and played an important role in the national team’s qualification for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
At club level, he enjoyed spells with teams including Ashanti Gold SC, Orlando Pirates and Enyimba FC across different leagues on the continent.
