Former Black Stars striker Asamoah Gyan has attributed Black Stars’ lack of trophies to some unnamed evil individuals.
The former Al Ain striker in an Instagram Live session on Thursday, January 2, 2025,shared a lot a lot of behind the seen subject of his time with the Black Stars.
“There are evil people in this country; That’s why we can’t win anything because of these people,” Gyan said.
“They have tarnished Ghana’s reputation with dirt,’’ he added.
Asamoah Gyan featured at the 2006, 2010 and 2014 World Cup in Germany, South Africa and Brazil respectively.
Ghana who are four time African Champions last won the trophy in 1982, and has since struggled despite playing in three finals in 1992, 2010 and 2015 of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
The Black Stars will miss the AFCON 2025 in Morocco after failing to qualify.
