National Sports Authority Trains Over 800 Volunteers for E-Ticketing Upgrade Ahead of Ghana-Angola 2025 AFCON Qualifier

The National Sports Authority (NSA) is hosting a comprehensive training session for over 800 volunteers in preparation for the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Qualifier between Ghana and Angola.

The training, which focuses on the upgraded e-ticketing system, is currently taking place at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.

This initiative is a key part of the NSA’s efforts to ensure a seamless and efficient ticketing process for the highly anticipated match.

The upgraded e-ticketing system aims to enhance the fan experience by streamlining ticket purchases and entry procedures, reducing queues, and minimizing potential disruptions.

The training session covers all aspects of the new e-ticketing technology, including ticket validation, troubleshooting, and customer service protocols.

By equipping volunteers with these essential skills, the NSA aims to deliver a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

This proactive approach by the NSA shows its commitment to excellence in sports event management and fan satisfaction.
