Debibi United midfielder Richard Owusu has been rewarded for his impressive September performances after being named the NASCO Player of the Month in the Ghana Premier League.
Owusu recorded four direct goal contributions in four appearances, scoring twice and setting up two more goals. His productivity in attack helped him stand out among the league’s players during the month under review.
The attacking midfielder proved influential in both finishing chances and creating opportunities for his teammates, recording at least one goal contribution for every appearance across the four matches.
His performances earned him the September accolade, recognising his impact on Debibi United’s attacking play and his consistency in the final third.
As part of the award, Owusu will receive a 43-inch NASCO television set and a NASCO double-door bottom-freezer refrigerator, courtesy of Electroland Ghana Limited.
The award adds individual recognition to the midfielder’s campaign, with his two goals and two assists making him September’s standout performer in the NASCO Player of the Month category.
