Asante Kotoko coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum, has called for his team to be ready to tackle any opposition in the upcoming 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.
The Kumasi Based club are in full preparation for the upcoming season and have already recruited 12 players to strengthen their squad.
Kotoko will open their Ghana Premier League season with an away game against Karela United at the Aliu Mahama Stadium in Tamale.
Ahead of the start of the season slated for September 6, Dr. Ogum believes the team should be ready for the challenge ahead.
“We have to be ready to play any of these teams at any time, anywhere, we should be able to play them and get the results,” he told the club’s media.
Asante Kotoko finished last season in the 6th position with 49 points.
Meanwhile, the Official commission the newly built TNA Stadium will see the Porcupine Warriors clash with Medeama SC on the August 16 in Tarkwa.
