Ghanaian youngster Bernard Somuah celebrates his permanent move to RC Celta de Vigo as he begins an exciting new chapter in Spain 🇬🇭

Spanish La Liga side RC Celta de Vigo have completed the permanent signing of Ghanaian youngster Bernard Somuah following a successful loan spell from Asante Kotoko SC.

The 20-year-old initially joined the Spanish club in 2024 on a temporary arrangement and was later retained for an extended loan period after making steady progress with the reserve team, Celta Fortuna.

His development and consistent performances convinced the club’s technical team to secure his services on a long-term contract, reportedly tying him down for four years.

Somuah has been in fine form for the B team this season, scoring five goals and playing a key role in their campaign in the Primera Federación.

The forward will now shift his focus to earning promotion into Celta’s senior squad as he continues his development in Spanish football.
