Dreams FC continued their strong run of form with a convincing 2-0 victory over Asante Kotoko SC in their Ghana Premier League clash at the Tuba AstroTurf.
Goals from Oumar Nafal and Ebenezer Adade secured all three points for the hosts, who dominated key moments of the encounter.
Dreams made a bright start and took the lead in the 12th minute, with Nafal finishing off a well-crafted move to hand his side early control. Kotoko struggled to respond despite enjoying spells of possession, lacking the cutting edge in the final third.
The hosts maintained their intensity after the break and doubled their advantage in the 52nd minute through Adade, effectively putting the game beyond reach for the visitors.
Kotoko’s attacking issues were evident throughout, as they failed to mount a meaningful comeback, extending their winless run and highlighting ongoing struggles away from home.
The result lifts Dreams FC to seventh place with 43 points, level with Kotoko, who drop to eighth as their push for a strong finish continues to falter.
