Ghana’s national U-20 women’s team, the Black Princesses, are set to learn their opponents for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup when the official draw is held on Friday, May 15, 2026.
The draw ceremony will take place at the EC1 Cultural Center in Łódź, one of the four host cities selected for the tournament. The other venues for the competition include Bielsko-Biała, Katowice, and Sosnowiec.
Ghana will be among 24 qualified countries participating in the draw as nations prepare for the prestigious youth competition. Supporters across the world will be able to follow the ceremony live through FIFA.com and the FIFA+ platform.
The upcoming tournament is scheduled to be staged in Poland from September 5 to September 27, 2026, with the Black Princesses hoping to make a strong impression on the global stage after securing qualification.
