Ghanaian left-back David Oduro has officially completed his permanent move from Barcelona to French side FC Annecy, signing a contract that runs until June 2028.
The 20-year-old defender joins Annecy after an encouraging spell with Barça Atlètic, where he made 23 appearances last season, contributing one goal and one assist.
Oduro began his senior career with Accra Lions, making 50 appearances in the Ghana Premier League before earning a move to Barcelona in August 2024. His development in Spain has now paved the way for another important step as he begins a new chapter in French football.
The young full-back has also represented Ghana at multiple levels, with one senior appearance, five U-20 appearances and three U-17 appearances to his name.
Oduro will now look to establish himself at FC Annecy and gain valuable experience in French football as he continues his development and pushes for greater opportunities with the Black Stars.
