Joseph Paintsil has declared his ambition to become a legend at LA Galaxy as he looks to build a lasting legacy with the American side.
The 28-year-old made an immediate impact after joining from KRC Genk in 2024, playing a key role in the club’s championship-winning campaign during his debut season.
Despite the team enduring a difficult 2025 campaign—finishing 26th overall and 14th in the Western Conference—Paintsil stood out as the club’s top scorer.
This season has also presented challenges, with the Ghana international currently sidelined due to injury. However, his focus remains firmly on helping the club return to winning ways.
“I’m here to represent LA Galaxy… I want to leave also as a legend,” he said, emphasizing his desire to win more trophies and cement his place in the club’s history.
