New Black Stars head coach Carlos Queiroz has made his philosophy clear in an interview shared on the Ghana Football Association YouTube channel.
Speaking about his vision for the national team, the experienced Portuguese trainer emphasized discipline, unity, and commitment to the country, insisting that no player will be bigger than the team.
“Nobody will be above the team, and everybody only play the game with only one thing in mind. The only thing that matters is Ghana, the pride of the nation, and the happiness of the people.”
Queiroz explained that every player called up to the Black Stars must put the nation first and work together towards achieving success for Ghana football.
Ghana will now turn attention to the upcoming tournament where the Black Stars have been drawn against Panama, England, and Croatia in the group stage.
