Head coach of Heart of Lions, Bashiru Hayford, has set his sights on securing a positive result against Aduana FC in their Matchday 30 clash.
The Kpando-based side will travel to Dormaa to face the ‘Fire Boys’ at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park on Sunday in what promises to be a competitive Ghana Premier League encounter.
Speaking ahead of the game, Hayford expressed confidence in his team’s preparation following the recent break, stressing that his side is targeting all three points.
“My expectation is clear—we want to go to Dormaa and secure maximum points. At the very least, we must come away with something. It’s either a win or a draw for us,” he said.
The experienced tactician also acknowledged the quality of Aduana but insisted his team is ready to compete strongly, drawing confidence from previous positive results at the venue.
Heart of Lions currently sit 10th on the table with 38 points, while Aduana FC occupy fourth position with 45 points after 29 matches, setting the stage for a crucial showdown with implications at both ends of the standings.
