Asante Kotoko have officially welcomed David Obeng Nyarko back to the club after appointing him as Brand and Partnerships Manager, reinforcing the club’s commitment to strengthening its commercial and marketing operations ahead of the new season.
The Porcupine Warriors confirmed the appointment in an official statement, bringing back Nyarko after weeks of speculation surrounding his return to the Kumasi-based giants.
“Akwaaba, David Obeng Nyarko! Welcome back to the Asante Kotoko family! We are delighted to have you rejoin the club as the Brand and Partnerships Manager,” the club announced.
Nyarko is no stranger to the Porcupine Warriors, having previously served as Public Relations Officer and later Communications Director, where he played a significant role in enhancing the club’s media visibility and strengthening engagement with supporters.
His latest appointment comes as Kotoko intensify efforts to expand their commercial footprint, attract strategic partnerships and position the club as one of Africa’s leading football brands.
In his new role, Nyarko is expected to spearhead initiatives aimed at growing the club’s commercial portfolio, strengthening corporate relationships and increasing the visibility of the Asante Kotoko brand both in Ghana and on the international stage.
