The Accra City Invitational Tournament is set to provide an exciting pre-season football spectacle as four clubs gear up for the 2026/27 campaign.
The tournament will take place from Friday, August 21 to Sunday, August 23, 2026, at the Hearts Africa Academy Complex in Pobiman, with Hearts of Oak, Vision FC, Swedru All Blacks United and newly promoted side Port City FC set to battle for honours.
The two-day football fiesta will give the participating clubs an opportunity to fine-tune their squads, assess new signings and test their tactical plans ahead of the new season. For newly promoted Port City, the competition will also provide valuable preparation as they get ready to compete at a higher level.
Matches are scheduled for 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, promising supporters a full weekend of football action. Hearts of Oak will headline the tournament alongside Vision FC and Swedru All Blacks, while Port City will add further excitement following their promotion.
