Aduana Stars midfielder Seidu Saana says his immediate priority is preparing for the new season, leaving his future in the hands of his management amid growing interest from several Ghana Premier League clubs.
The midfield dynamo, who enjoyed an impressive 2025/26 campaign, has attracted attention from Hearts of Oak, Asante Kotoko and Medeama SC, with all three clubs reportedly monitoring his situation ahead of the new season.
Speaking in an interview with Ayew Philip, Saana insisted he remains calm despite the transfer speculation.
“As a player, I’m just focused on getting myself in shape for next season. My transfer situation is being handled by my management.”
The midfielder also highlighted that Aduana Stars’ performances last season were built on collective effort rather than individual brilliance.
“As a player, my mentality is always to perform well. Our performance wasn’t just about me—it was about the entire Aduana Stars team. The goal was to finish the season on a very good note, so there was discipline and teamwork among the players and the technical team.”
Despite establishing himself as one of Aduana’s standout performers, Saana admitted he ended the campaign disappointed after the club failed to win silverware.
“I was very disappointed that we didn’t win anything with Aduana Stars. After the season, I was really frustrated with myself.”
With interest in his signature continuing to grow, the midfielder’s future is expected to become clearer before the start of the 2026/27 season.
